Dining Chairs: Adaptable & Cost-Effective
Our dining chairs are priced from USD 8.9–30+, with options for customization in shape, color, and finish. This allows us to align with various customer segments and market demands.

Last year, a shipment of our ceramic extension tables to a customer in Argentina arrived with cracks on some tabletops. While deeply regrettable, this became a catalyst for systemic improvement.
We immediately took full responsibility, arranged replacements, and compensated the customer. More importantly, we launched a thorough review of our packaging process. Here's what we changed:
Reinforced Outer Frame:
We replaced straight staples with U-shaped staples at all critical joints of the wooden crate, significantly increasing its structural integrity.
Added External Security:
Extra heavy-duty strapping was applied around the outer frame to prevent any shifting during transit.
Enhanced Inner Protection:
We redesigned the internal cushioning, adding customized foam inserts and corner protectors to absorb shock and prevent direct contact.

2. Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are an integrated manufacturer with our own production facility in Bazhou, Hebei. This allows us to offer factory-direct pricing, strict quality control, and technical support, while providing the flexible service and design responsiveness of a trading company.
3. Do you accept product customization?
Yes. We support customization in dimensions, materials, finishes, colors, and fabrics. Custom samples can be provided for approval before mass production.
4. What is your production capacity and lead time?
Our factory employs about 50 people and ships 10–15 containers per month. Standard lead time is 30–45 days after sample confirmation and deposit, depending on order size and customization.
5. What is your MOQ?
Dining tables: Regular MOQ is 30 pieces per color, but for first-time cooperation we can accept 15–20 pieces to test our quality and service.
Dining chairs: MOQ is 50 pieces per color, with flexibility for initial orders.
Cabinets: MOQ is the same as dining tables.
6. Do you support OEM/ODM?
Yes. We offer both OEM (production according to your designs) and ODM (design and development support) services.
7. What materials do you commonly use?
We work with MDF, solid wood, tempered glass, ceramic, veneer, and various upholstery fabrics and foams. Materials can be tailored to market needs and budget.
8. Do you have international certifications?
Yes. We maintain certifications such as BSCI and FSC, and conduct product testing for safety, stability, fire resistance, and material compliance. Certificates and test reports are available on product pages upon request.
9. What is your quality control process?
We implement strict QC checks at every stage: material inspection, in-process monitoring, and final pre-shipment inspection. Third-party inspections are also welcome.
10. What are your payment terms?
Standard terms include 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment, or TT, LC at sight. We remain flexible to discuss terms that support long-term partnerships.
11. Which markets do you serve?
We export mainly to Europe, the Middle East, the Americas, Australia, and parts of Asia, and understand the compliance and design preferences of each region.
12. Can we visit your factory or showroom?
Yes. Our factory in Bazhou (Northern part of China, near TIANJIN and BEIJING)and sales office in Tianjin welcome visits by appointment. We also regularly exhibit at CIFF (March) and FUR (September).
13. Do you provide samples?
Yes. Samples are available, with costs and lead times depending on the product and customization. Sample fees are generally deductible from future buk orders
