Quality Starts with a Sample
Before mass production, we always prepare a pre‑production sample for your approval. This ensures that every detail - dimensions, finish, color, and function - meets your expectations before we run the full order.
Sample Policy – Built for Partnership
We understand that sampling is an investment. That's why we structure our sample policy to encourage long‑term cooperation while being fair to both sides.
Sample with a Trial Order (Recommended)
If you place a trial order (even a small one), we will:
● Prepare the pre‑production sample free of charge
● Adjust the sample based on your feedback - as many rounds as needed until you are fully satisfied
● Apply the sample cost toward your order (effectively making the sample free)
This is the most cost‑effective and efficient way to start.
Standalone Sample (Without an Order)
If you only need a single sample for evaluation without any commitment:
● A one‑time sample fee applies (approximately 3× the unit price)
● This covers the extra labor, material procurement, and production setup required for a single piece
● If you later place a bulk order, the sample fee will still be fully deducted from your invoice
We recommend combining the sample with a small trial order to avoid the extra cost.
What You Can Request
Full furniture sample – a complete table, chair, or cabinet
Material / finish swatch – wood veneer, melamine, fabric, ceramic, paint color, etc.
Why We Ask for This
Producing a single piece is significantly more expensive per unit than a production run - the same process, setup time, and manual work, but only one output. Our policy ensures that we can still offer you a way to evaluate quality without risking large quantities, while encouraging a practical path toward real orders.
