Two Packaging Levels for Different Needs
Standard Mail Order Packing
For regular shipments, we use foam padding + paper corner protectors. This is a reliable, cost‑effective solution suitable for most products and normal logistics conditions.
Drop‑Test Certified Packing
For fragile items or longer, rougher transit routes, we offer enhanced EVA foam protection - commonly called "black corners".
- EVA foam has excellent resilience and shock absorption.
- We simulate real‑life drops: different angles, heights, and weights based on each model.
- After passing these tests, the package is certified to withstand harsh handling.
Which level do you need? We recommend based on your product type and shipping route.
Before the Carton Is Sealed
Our commitment to quality does not stop at the production line. Before any table or cabinet is packed:
Inspection
A dedicated worker examines every piece.
Cleaning
All surfaces are wiped clean to remove dust or marks.
Assembly check
Extension mechanisms are tested for smooth operation.
Only after these steps does the product enter the carton - secured with the appropriate foam and corner protection.
Custom Packaging & Branding
