Bar stools resemble regular chairs in shape, but their seats are higher off the ground, typically 650-900mm. They have a modern, metallic feel and generally swivel 360 degrees.
Bar stools are a relatively recent development in the chair industry. They primarily consist of common office chair components such as gas springs, trays, and casters, along with unique features like the flared base and seat. In recent years, with market segmentation leading to a diversification of chair styles and products, some companies have recognized this market opportunity and developed bar stool series products, which have become another major segment within the chair industry. However, there are currently no national, industry, or local standards for this product, and companies have not established corresponding internal control standards. This results in non-standardized production processes, inconsistent quality indicators, and uneven product quality, hindering the expression of product individuality and advantages, and making it difficult to determine inspection results. These issues severely restrict the sustainable development of the Anji chair industry and negatively impact its overall reputation.
